The international window manufacturing network IFN continues to strengthen its position as a leading European provider of windows, entrance doors, facades, and sun protection solutions. The family-owned business group from Austria is acquiring 100% of JSC RODA shares. With this step, IFN reinforces its market position and supply chain in Northern Europe, ensuring supply security.

In addition to serving its existing customers, Roda will supply high-quality windows and doors to other network members in Northern Europe. Further investments are also planned to expand the manufacturing facility in Lithuania in preparation for future sales growth.
